Mobile Communication Department mainly deals in the distribution of mobile phones. Distribution channels that center in Beijing and radiate to other regions have been established gradually since its founding. Currently, distribution channels and a logistics service system are in place in Beijing, covering all the districts and countries in Beijing municipality. We have established branches and subsidiaries in Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, Shanxi, Shandong, etc. We have formed good relations with distributors , retail chains and other operators all over the country.

In the management of the company, we regard the satisfaction of customers’ need as the core, sincerely serve them, winning the good trust of factories and customers. We have established good cooperation with renowned mobile phone manufacturers both domestic and abroad, such as Lenovo, Bird, Nokia, and Motorola. In 2004, we joined hands with Lenovo in a strategic partnership, becoming a member of the all-china advisory committee of Extended Lenovo. For many years, the core competitiveness of Taiya Oriental is “to provide an efficient capital and logistics platform, distribution channels and value-added service”. While maintaining stable and sustainable development, we prioritize four tasks, i.e. to strengthen internal management control, to optimize the flow, to improve the competence of various levels of management, to recruit and maintain talents. We have compiled the Taiya Oriental Management Manual which contains the essence of our corporate culture, the successful management experience, various rules and regulations, introduction to staff positions and full processes management. This manual has helped to lay a solid foundation for the construction of Taiya distribution platform and business development, formed a management model that can be repeated, created positive conditions for the sustainable development of its mobile distribution business.
